Strategic volunteerism is a critical component of how corporations harness the time and talent of colleagues at all levels to support nonprofit partners and meet true community needs. This working breakfast will focus upon best practices in aligning your company’s grantmaking and volunteer programs, as well as how to measure the business and social impacts of those efforts. CECP will share the latest trends in employee engagement from Giving in Numbers, which had a record participation of 261 companies this year.

This working group, which is held quarterly and rooted in the principles of Reimagining Service, provides an opportunity for both corporate grantmakers and corporate volunteer managers to foster a peer network, share successes and challenges, brainstorm on solutions, and explore new opportunities to make a difference in society while supporting business objectives through volunteerism. We invite you to contribute to the conversation.
